Must- haves:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's would be even better!)

5+ years experience

The Basics:

-"Numbers" enthusiast

- Desire to be in the grind

- Statement accounting and portfolio accounting

- Reconcile checkbooks and analyze financial statements

- Liaison to the company's outsource report team to produce assets

Experience in Accounting is necessary but this company's systems are unique and will need to be taught to anyone that steps into the position. Sound exciting?!
