Job Title: Plant Controller Location: Littleton, CO Salary
(Direct Hire): $114,500 – $150,000 15% Annual Bonus Position
Summary: The Plant Controller for the Littleton facility is a key
leadership role responsible for driving financial excellence within
a complex manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee
all financial operations at the plant, ensuring compliance with
GAAP, SOX, and internal company policies. The ideal candidate is a
seasoned finance professional with a strong background in
manufacturing, cost accounting, and strategic business partnering
within a global, matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight & Reporting (40%) Ensure accurate and compliant
financial records, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and
adherence to GAAP, SOX, and corporate policy. Lead month-end close,
weekly reporting pulses, and prepare quarterly forecasts and
budgets. Performance Analysis & Business Partnering (35%) Analyze
and communicate financial performance. Provide strategic financial
guidance to plant leadership, identifying trends, risks, and
opportunities to maximize operational and financial outcomes. Lead
cost management and capital analysis efforts. Leadership & Process
Improvement (25%) Drive continuous improvement initiatives by
leveraging Lean principles. Lead the annual budget and forecast
process, enhance the financial acumen of cross-functional teams,
and support talent development within the finance function. Build
effective relationships across direct and indirect reporting lines.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or
international equivalent) required CPA and/or MBA preferred 10
years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance
Proficiency in SAP Expertise in standard costing, budgeting, and
capital planning/control Strong communication and leadership skills
with the ability to influence at all levels Demonstrated success
operating in a global, matrixed environment Experience with Lean
