Digital marketing is a hybrid of art and science to discover opportunities for our clients. Marketing Success Managers are more than the acronyms/buzzwords of the industry. Our offices are located in Fort Collins, CO. This position can be in-office, remote* (in approved states), or a hybrid of the two!

      Requirements

      What You'll Do
      • Ongoing Self-Learning - marketing is fast paced, we're faster. You'll be learning constantly & must be able to keep up with changes & adapt quickly.
      • Constant Professional Communication - internally with team members and externally with clients. Providing direction, overcoming objections, and managing expectations are daily tasks.
      • Diverse Marketing - this typically includes elements such as brand & content marketing, paid advertising, CRM, email marketing, social media, video/OTT advertising, and more.
      • Marketing Strategy & Analysis - developing marketing strategies for clients & using data to do more of what's working & less of what's not & communicating the "why" effectively.
      • You will use platforms like Marketing 360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Ads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Websites 360, WordPress, Shopify, and more to effectively implement digital marketing strategies.
        How You'll Make Money

        Marketing Success Managers earn a starting salary of $30,000 per year + commissions (you make commission once you begin taking accounts). On average, new Marketing Success Managers pace $60,000 in their first year. That being said, the first six months are grueling and require both patience and foresight. It takes three months of actively training and building your book of business to begin to ramp up, but you'll still be heavily learning for your first 6 months to a year.

          There are several opportunities for growth at Madwire.
          • When it comes to our Marketing Success Managers' books, Madwire does not cap the financial opportunity. Assuming satisfactory performance is exhibited, Marketing Success Managers are given a lot of independence to continue to take on new accounts. Growing their book of business essentially gives themselves a raise! Madwire also encourages Marketing Success Managers to grow their books by growing their existing clients' accounts, which typically takes less overall work than onboarding brand new clients.
          • Marketing Success Managers who have been with the company for an extended period of time, who consistently demonstrate leadership on their teams and maintain high levels of performance can earn the opportunity of the Senior Marketing Success Manager position. This is a position in which individuals are expected to continue leading by example while encouraging and facilitating squad performance.
          • When new squads or teams are built (based on company growth) high performers may also become eligible to apply for a Lead Marketing Success Manager or Director of Marketing position. These are leadership positions that provide ongoing education and support for team members while driving their team to hit both team and company goals.
            How are the teams structured?

            Marketing Success Manager teams are led by a Lead Marketing Success Manager, who reports to the Director of Marketing over their team.

            What else makes the position notable?

            Our hours are 7-4pm MST Monday through Friday. There is no travel, no weekend work, and accounts are assigned to you (you do not have to generate your own clients). We invest heavily in advertising and marketing to generate accounts and the same strategies you are using for customers are what we use to drive new business for ourselves.
