exhaust and deep cleaning providers in California. Job Overview: We
are seeking a dedicated Repair Technician . The ideal candidate
will be proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of working
independently. This role involves a combination of fieldwork and
administrative tasks, requiring excellent problem-solving abilities
and strong interpersonal skills. Primary Responsibilities: Visit
client sites to conduct repairs on various equipment including
electric fans, curbing, belts, and HVAC systems. Respond promptly
to emergency repair calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Demonstrate manual dexterity and precision when working with small
components or in confined spaces. Apply mechanical expertise to
troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Maintain
attention to detail while working quickly and efficiently to meet
service deadlines. Qualifications: Troubleshoot electrical issues
and mechanical failures in commercial exhaust units. Wire and
troubleshoot commercial fans, including 3-phase power
configurations. Install fan hinge kits to ensure exhaust fans can
be safely lifted for cleaning and service. Install and maintain
grease catch boxes (rooftop grease containment systems) to protect
roof membranes. Fabricate and repair sheet metal components as
needed for a secure, airtight fit. Proven experience in maintenance
or repair work, preferably in a customer-facing role. Valid
Driver's License and clean driving record. Bilingual proficiency is
a plus. Physical Requirements: Be physically able to climb ladders
to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments. Ability to
squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet. Able to
stand for 10 hours at a time. Have excellent attention to detail
