Construction Estimator Position Overview We're one of Denver's top

Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator
to join our team. The Construction Estimator will be responsible
for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects,
ensuring that all relevant factors are considered. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in estimating for
commercial projects and will be proficient in various estimating
software. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze project plans and
specifications to prepare accurate estimates for construction
costs. Prepare bid proposals and pricing documents in response to
bid requests. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to
achieve the best value for the company. Utilize estimating software
such as PlanSwift to create detailed cost estimates and bid
schedules. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other
stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate
estimates. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure
adherence to financial and time constraints. Prepare and maintain
records of estimates, bids, and contracts for reference and
reporting purposes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably in
commercial, healthcare, public sector, advance industries
Experience spearheading bid packages over $5M in size Strong
knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs.
Proficiency in estimating software, particularly PlanSwift,
BuildingConnected, Excel and other related softwares Excellent
analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost estimation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong
communication and negotiation skills to interact with
