Responsibilities: Install Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring systems efficiently and to company quality standards. Interpret and follow detailed installation instructions provided by the company. Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Perform hands-on installation. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and protocols, contributing to overall project quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete daily work responsibilities. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure expectations are met. Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site as needed. Requirements: Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation. Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role. Ability to lead and motivate team members on job sites. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a focus on leading teams is a plus.
