Job Description Job Description Project Manager – Residential Construction Location: In Office / In the Field Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Reports To: CEO Compensation: On-Target Earnings of $150,000 (Base Bonus for On-Time, On-Budget Delivery) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on project timelines) About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction and renovation projects from start to finish. You’ll be the driving force behind project execution—ensuring every build is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality . This role blends leadership, organization, and field expertise. You’ll manage contractors and subcontractors, build strong working relationships, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to keep each project running smoothly. What You’ll Do Manage and lead multiple flip and new-build residential projects simultaneously Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Coordinate with trades, suppliers, engineers, and permitting authorities Conduct daily site visits and complete detailed daily logs Lead weekly site meetings and maintain progress reports (stoplight reports) Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction Quickly resolve onsite issues to prevent delays or cost overruns Drive accountability through structured communication and KPI reporting Ensure all SOPs, safety guidelines, and documentation are followed and continuously improved Key Performance Indicators On-Time Project Delivery On-Budget Project Completion Key Process Indicators Daily site visits and verification walks completed Morning and evening contractor check-ins Accurate and timely daily reporting Who You Are A proactive leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills Skilled in construction project management with hands-on experience in residential builds Adept at building strong relationships and negotiating with contractors and vendors Driven by deadlines, accountability, and achieving measurable results Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus for projects delivered on time and within budget Career growth within a dynamic and expanding company Ready to build something great?
