active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 educational setting
in Bailey, CO is seeking a skilled physical therapist to support a
student with an orthopedic impairment. This contract position
offers approximately 15-20 hours per week during the current school
year, providing onsite therapy services focused on improving the
student's mobility and functional abilities within the school
environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical therapy
interventions to a student with orthopedic impairments. Collaborate
with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into
daily classroom activities. Monitor and document the students
progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed. Participate in team
meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP)
discussions. Qualifications & Experience: Licensed Physical
Therapist with relevant school-based therapy experience.
Familiarity with orthopedic impairments and pediatric physical
therapy. Ability to work effectively in a school setting and
communicate with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to onsite
service delivery. Location: This position requires onsite presence
