Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time contract opportunity is for a Special
Education Teacher to support 4th and 5th grade students with mild
to moderate disabilities at an elementary school in Longmont, CO.
The assignment runs from mid-February through May, requiring an
educator passionate about fostering academic growth and individual
development in a supportive school environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized instruction and support
to students with mild to moderate disabilities - Develop and
implement tailored lesson plans aligning with state standards and
students IEPs - Collaborate with general education teachers,
parents, and school staff to create an inclusive learning
environment - Monitor and document student progress with
appropriate assessments - Utilize positive behavioral strategies to
address student needs and promote engagement Qualifications and
Experience: - Active Colorado Department of Education teaching
certification in Special Education - Experience working with
elementary-aged students (4th and 5th grade preferred) -
Demonstrated ability to support students with mild to moderate
disabilities - Strong communication and collaboration skills -
Availability for a full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week This
role requires on-site presence and immediate availability.
Fingerprinting and credential verification will be coordinated by
the district to ensure compliance. Working in a vibrant school

with 02 years of experience can expect a competitive pay range
starting in the mid $40s per hour, with increases available for
