Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is
available for the 2026-2027 school year in Longmont, CO, serving
K-12 students within various school assignments. This full-time,
onsite role offers a supportive professional environment in a
dynamic district that values contractor development and
participation. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language
evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy to students grades K-12. Manage
caseloads ranging typically from 25 to 45 students, delivering
individualized treatment plans. Participate in Professional
Development days, with time allowed for billing. Collaborate with
educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
communication goals. Maintain compliance with CO DOE certification
and licensing standards. Qualifications and Experience: Active
Colorado DOE Certification. Active Colorado Speech-Language
Pathology License. Experience working in school settings preferred;
new graduates are welcome as Clinical Fellows with supervision.
Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours
per week). Strong communication skills and a commitment to student
success. Location: Position requires onsite work within the
Longmont, CO area. Assignments will vary, with multiple schools
