Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher
working with elementary students who have severe needs. The role
requires an active Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
certification and serves a full-time, end-of-school-year (EOSY)
contract in an elementary school setting in Denver, Colorado. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to
students with severe and complex learning challenges. Develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration
with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor student progress and adjust
teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a
supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes
development and engagement. Collaborate with families, school
staff, and external agencies to support student success.
Qualifications: Current and active CDE special education
certification. Experience working with students with severe needs
at the elementary grade level. Strong knowledge of special
education laws, instructional strategies, and behavioral
interventions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to
support student, family, and team engagement. Ability to manage a
severe needs caseload effectively. Location: Elementary school
setting in Denver, Colorado. Contract Details: Full-time,
end-of-school-year (EOSY) contract. Duration aligns with the school
calendar year. This role offers the opportunity to make a
