UCHealth invites recent nursing graduates to apply for our comprehensive New Graduate RN Residency Program in Northern Colorado. This unique 12-month program is designed to help newly graduated registered nurses transition from students to well-rounded hospital professionals. Specially tailored for new nurses, our residency program supports UCHealth’s commitment to providing top-notch, patient-centered care across our multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities. By joining our program, you become part of a committed team dedicated to advancing health and improving lives in our community, which is at the heart of everything we do. Participate in all educational and clinical training aspects of the residency program. Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of experienced mentors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate patient care. Implement patient care plans and provide feedback on their effectiveness. Proactively engage in learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to lifelong learning. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. Adaptability to change and eagerness to contribute to team success.
