Job Description:

Sanderson Stewart, an award-winning community planning and design firm, is seeking a Senior Engineer/Colorado Municipal Market Lead eager for an opportunity to help us manage and grow a diverse portfolio of municipal infrastructure projects in our Fort Collins, CO office.

The successful candidate will be a registered Professional Engineer, with 10+ years of design experience preferred. The position requires knowledge in street and utility design, grading and stormwater management, permitting, specifications and cost estimating, with working knowledge of local jurisdictional and department of transportation regulations of particular importance.

The candidate will lead our Municipal Group's design efforts so experience with Civil3D, Mile High Drainage, and other local spreadsheets; strong communication skills, experience leading design teams; and the ability to prepare project plans, budgets, contract documents will all benefit this position. Experience with local agencies, municipalities, and the department of transportation will also aid in selection for this position.
