The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing, managing and continuously improving performance management programs that focus on cascading company objectives into an organization. In this position, it is essential that the Manager, Business Optimization creates and manages close partnerships with all department leaders to understand the business, create objectives, manage the OKR dashboard, and help drive accountability in our culture.   • Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area. REQUIREDEducation
    • Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Business, Human Resources or a related field.Experience
      • Minimum of eight years experience developing and managing an OKR Program (or similar) as a primary responsibility.
      • Minimum of five years experience working in a high technology organization (prefer medical technology)
      • Superior written and verbal communication skills
      • Proven ability to effectively create, navigate, and maintain strong business partnerships with all employees and specifically senior leadership team members.
      • Extensive experience developing and managing OKR (or similar) dashboards
      • Experience using and managing HRIS and other programs
      • Experience with MS suite
      • Experience leading change management initiativesResponsibilities
        • Create, manage, and continuously improve Enlitic's Objectives, Key Results (OKR) Program.
        • This will include partnering with the Sr. leadership team to understand annual strategies and quarterly objectives and working with department leaders to define specific objectives.
        • Develop and manage the company OKR Dashboard and facilitate weekly meetings to help drive accountability.
        • Meet regularly with department leaders to discuss objectives, roadblocks, and updates while learning more about Enlitic's products, customers, and business needs.
        • Partner with People Operations in the development of new Performance Management methodology, tools, and training while leveraging a continuous improvement approach to continue refining and improving.
        • Lead company training efforts specific to Performance Management using a job shadow and coaching approach to build end user confidence, buy in, and ensure comprehensive understanding of the methodology by management teams.
        • Support the development of communication, SOP's, training, and related material that drive sustained end user adoption/buy in and ensure new tools, processes, and systems are fully understood and utilized to drive a Performance Management culture.
        • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, leaders, and employees. Develop and present complex subjects in a clear and inclusive manner.
