Director Global Growth Operations Full Time Management Fort Collins, CO, US 10 days ago Requisition ID: 1028 Salary Range: $140,000.00 To 150,000.00 Annually Director, Global Growth (Sales) OperationsPosition summary: Partnering with the Growth Team, the Director, Global Growth (Sales) Operations will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration. This role will report directly to the EVP, Growth.In this role you will:

  • Work with EVP, Growth to develop, execute, optimize and assess Global Growth Operations program. -
  • Sales operations talent management and people manager responsibilities
  • Determine global growth operations priorities with growth stakeholders
  • Communicate global growth operations strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with Account Managers and Account Executives, in the US, and in our direct markets globally
  • Evaluate existing processes and playbooks for sales, to include holistic solutions, and create and deploy improvements through a cross-functional team from Growth, Advisory Services and Training Delivery. -
  • Stand up a knowledge management system for Global Growth resources (e.g., proposal repository) -
  • Manage commission execution and evaluate design for fairness and ecosystem design
  • Pipeline management and forecasting (take over current process and improve) and help coordinate actions with EVP, Growth and provide support to other stakeholders
  • Develop Relationship Management playbook (i.e., post-sales)
  • Train global growth teams on processes and playbooks for sales, track adherence and work with EVP, Growth to ensure accountability
  • Evaluate existing onboarding process and collateral for key sales roles, make improvements and ensure effective onboarding and training programs for new global growth team members
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training for global growth team
  • Facilitate content creation of sales enablement collateral and use with sales and marketing teams -
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the growth team
  • Identify opportunities for automation in the sales process and work with EVP, Growth to evaluate ROI and feasibility. -
  • Ensure CRM Alignment to sales operations playbook / sales automation
  • Improve reporting capability and explore deeper analytics use of our dataWhat you bring to this role: Based on this role's responsibilities, we are seeking applicants with the following:
    • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
    • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
    • Experience with content management and learning management systems
    • Strong Salesforce CRM experience - beyond day-to-day activities of a typical salesperson in CRM
    • Exposure to and/or experience using HubSpot
    • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
    • Fast learner
    • Exposure to Change Management through Prosci certification or other change management methodologiesWork Location & Travel Requirements: -Location for this position is either remote---(anywhere in the US)---or in our---Fort Collins, CO---Headquarters,---when the company returns to in-person work. This position might require travel (should not exceed 15-20%).
