Job Description:
Senior Director Development with UCHealth. Directs the
strategic, growth, and operational objectives for foundation in
conjunction with System and Regional strategic plans. Directs and
oversees fundraising initiatives in support of the mission, values,
and objectives of the Foundation and the organization. This
position reports to the President/CEO of UCHealth Northern
Colorado. - Responsibilities:
Develops and directs strategic, growth, and operational objectives
for the foundation. Integrate the foundations activities with the
mission, vision, and values of UCHealth.
Supports and leads from a process improvement perspective,
utilizing best practices to continually reach higher philanthropic
returns, solicits principal gift prospects on behalf of the
foundation.
Directs and oversees program development, performance management,
personnel activities, budget, and the provision of services. Works
closely with hospital staff to foster a culture of
philanthropy.
Serves as primary staff representative to foundation board of
directors. - Within scope of job, requires critical thinking
skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and
take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
The midpoint pay for this position is: -$74.83 / hour. Midpoint is
based on approximately 10-15 years of relevant work experience. -An
annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon
organizational and individual performance.
