We invite everyone to share our journey and are proudly an equal opportunity and open access employer.As our Director of People Operations and Total Rewards, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence with oversight across the core functions of HR, including benefits administration, compensation modeling, people analytics, and HR systems. In this role, you will partner on setting the strategic vision for HR processes and workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient, equitable, and compliant behavior across the organization. You will be an advisor to the leadership of SummitStone, recognized as a change agent as we elevate our employee's experience and scale our operations. Ability to coach leaders, asking challenging questions and guiding them to achieve positive outcomes for their teams.Preferred:Bi-lingual/BI-Cultural. Prior experience with HR systems, preferably ADP or DATIS. $100,760/yr to $156,178/yr.Join us today.
