• Paid Holidays**Compensation package includes a base salary, monthly car allowance, and incentive plan based on client and associate retention and profitability of business.**Job DetailsPOSITION SUMMARY:
  • Manages all phases of HMS Northern Colorado office to ensure maximum sales, associate development, operational delivery, agreement base growth and profitability.
  • Supports Service Supervisor with oversight of contract fulfillment and service delivery.
  • Redeems annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company approved pricing standards.
  • Meets planned growth, profit, maintenance base, and customer retention goals while redeeming customer obligations in a timely, cost-effective, high-quality manner.
  • Supports Sales Managers (Project Sales, Maintenance Sales, Client Service and Building Automation) in redeeming annual sales plans.QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
    • 5-7 years of Commercial HVAC experience preferred
    • 3-5 years operations and strategic management experience
    • Strong financial acumen: ability to understand income sheet
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage Sr. Leaders, Front Line Leaders and Staff
