The Hyperscale Logistics Program Manager will play a crucial role
in overseeing and optimizing all site level logistics operations
within the hyperscale data center environments. This position
requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to build
and manage high-performing logistics teams.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop, technical programs, and technical processes/procedures
across all client sites.
- Provide leadership to create, establish, maintain, update, and
disseminate program best practices.
- Demonstrate relentless and proactive follow-up skills to ensure
the timely progress and completion of tasks, projects, and
objectives by persistently pursuing information, updates, and
resolutions while addressing concerns and keeping all stakeholders
engaged and informed throughout the process to achieve successful
outcomes.
- Develop quality metrics that effectively measure quality
performance and foster innovation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train logistics teams across multiple
hyperscale data center sites.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to site leadership teams to
optimize logistics operations.
- Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement,
accountability, and teamwork within the logistics department.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with customer
logistics teams to ensure alignment with their needs and
expectations.
- Engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders to
refine logistics procedures and achieve customer satisfaction
objectives.
- Strategically assess and analyze potential warehouse sites to
enhance the efficiency of the supply chain and logistics
network.
- Collaborate closely with the real estate team to secure
appropriate warehouse facilities in strategic locations.
- Develop and oversee relationships with delivery vendors across
the country.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with vendors,
focusing on cost-efficiency and dependable service provision.
- Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing
to travel as required by E2 Optics. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in logistics management, ideally within
hyperscale data center settings.
- Proficient leadership capabilities, adept at fostering and
guiding top-tier teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
- Track record in warehouse site selection and vendor
oversight.
- Well-versed in industry standards and forthcoming logistics
trends.Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The standard work environment for this position is an indoors
business office and construction environment. Ability to use a
computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended
periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually
moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel,
bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent
to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to
stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to
50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The
employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The
employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The
employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There
could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means
including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region
and to other locations as required. The physical demands described
here are representative of those that must be met to successfully
perform the essential functions of this job.
