Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Managed
Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with group leaders to
provide sales solutions
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell additional products and
ensure annual customer retention
Partner with sales representatives to acquire new customers and
retain existing business
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Competitive nature with proven ability to meet and exceed goals
Experience managing a large volume of clients preferred
Two-three years of sales or customer service experience in a
customer-centric environment preferred
Experience working with CRM software preferred
