Contract info:
St. Mary's Hospital
13 weeks
12hr nights
Min 1 year acute care exp within past year
LPNS will be expected to take a full patient assignment
Credentialing reqs:
-AHA BLS
-PPD, QTF, or Tspot within 1 year
-Immunizations: MMR, varicella, HepB, Tdap, COVID; preferred with booster, Flu
-physical or statement of good health within 1 year
-2 professional references
-updated resume
-valid LPN license
additional items may be needed by facility upon acceptance.
Agency Benefits:
24hr on-call staff for emergencies & after hours support
Weekly pay
Housing, Meals, & Incidental stipends
Insurance Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, individual or family plans available
Referral Bonuses - $400 LPN/RN $250 CNA, completes 13 week contract within first 6 months of referral
