Urologist (Telehealth)We are looking for a remote physician

Physician licensed in the United
StatesUrologist or Andrologist with experience in men's
reproductive healthInterest in helping people via synchronous
telemedicine platformsExcellent written and verbal communication
with an emphasis on clarity and compassionWillingness to work 10+
hours per week on the platformExperience in leadership, care team
design, and process developmentEssential Responsibilities:
Providing virtual consults with our
users from our HIPAA compliant video interfaceProvide treatment
options based on virtual consult assessment and laboratory
studiesOrdering of prescription medications through the Bastion
EMRProvide virtual follow up consultsEducate client and create
individualized treatment plansProvide outstanding service to our
clients. Ensuring they are receiving the very best in care and that
all questions/concerns are communicated to the care team in a
timely mannerDemonstrates superior customer service and maintains
relationships with clientsMaintains high standards of
professionalism in their verbal and written communication both with
the client and members of the care teamFollows established rules,
policies and procedures according to company regulationsSeeks
feedback from clients to ensure client satisfaction and improve the
client experienceRemains HIPAA compliant and represents the company
in a unified fashionSupervises Nurse Practitioners, Physician
Assistants, and other Physicians
-Requirements and Qualifications:
Hold a valid board-certified
Physician licensePoses an unrestricted DEA licenseA deep profound
passion for healthcare, health promotion, and maintenanceAvailable
at a minimum of 10 hours per week for consultation, including both
clinical and non-clinical duties. -Increase in hours in the future
as our business growsExperience in practice of UrologyStrong
communication skills with a focus on fostering the physician
patient relationshipAvailable to start in 2-4 weeksSolid computer
skillsSuperior organization and interpersonal skillsFunctions well
in a team environment
-Practice:
Scheduled appointmentsPhysicians will
hold synchronous visits with users through our HIPAA compliant
video conferencing tool and provide medical care.Web Based EMR -
The Bastion EMR platform is available via the web so you can work
on your desktop or laptopEach visit will be 15 -minutes long
