TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health Private Duty for a local contract nursing job in Fort Collins, Colorado.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Local Contract Home Health Care RN- wellness nurse for a TalentBurst Private client.
  
  
  • 
    
  • Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
    
  • Administer/monitor medication for the patient based on the prescribed care plan.
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Engage with the patient while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or care plan.
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Monitor Blood Pressure and assist with mobile movement and meal plans.
        
      • Collaborate with the patient's family and health care team in assessing and documenting resident assessments at set intervals.
        
        
        Must be BLS/ACLS certified, NIH (Stroke certification), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse preferred.

        • Client requested a visit 3 times a day, 8 am-Noon-5 pm to start.
          
        • 12-week assignment to start.
          
        • Location: Fort Collins CO.
