Fort Collins/Broomfield ColoradoOur team is looking to add a full-time Optometrist who is focused on providing excellent patient care!Established refractive ophthalmology private practice, surgeon owned and operated, seeks optometrist to work in Northern Colorado 4-5 days a week (Fort Collins and Broomfield). Base plus incentive model, salary $140K/yr, full benefits, Roth 401k, company funded 401k, 3 weeks PTO, Health and Dental insurance, malpractice reimbursement, equity shares, no call, no weekends, and option to buy into real estate (with purchase).
