Center. Job Summary: GI Rockies Ambulatory Care Center is seeking a
skilled and experienced Endo RN Manager to join our dynamic
healthcare team. As the Endo RN Manager, you will play a crucial
role in overseeing the operations of the Endoscopy unit, ensuring
the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing a team of
dedicated nursing professionals. If you are a motivated leader with

care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The ASC Manager
provides strategic and operational leadership for the Ambulatory
Surgery Center (ASC), balancing clinical excellence with
administrative efficiency to ensure high-quality, patient-centered
care. This role serves as the key liaison between clinical teams,
administrative leadership, physicians, and external partners. -
Provides oversight of daily ASC operations, dividing time between
clinical responsibilities and non-clinical leadership duties to
ensure seamless coordination of care. - Oversees and maintains
systems that support safe, efficient, and patient-focused care,
including staff allocation, equipment readiness, and throughput
management. - Leads the development, implementation, and monitoring
of quality improvement initiatives. Prepares and submits QA
reports, including incident tracking, daily and monthly quality
dashboards, and trend analysis. - Ensures ongoing compliance with
regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, including
AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, and internal policies. - Monitors staff
credentials and training compliance, ensuring all certifications
(e.g., ACLS, BLS), health requirements (e.g., PPD, influenza
vaccinations), and onboarding documentation are current and
complete. - Leads recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts in
collaboration with the Director of Endoscopy Operations and Human
Resources. - Acts as a key contact for vendors, biomed, purchasing,
billing, and other departments to resolve clinical or operational
issues. - Develops and oversees clinical and educational training
programs to support continuous staff development and performance
improvement. - Identifies opportunities for operational improvement
and implements strategies that enhance efficiency, patient
satisfaction, and staff engagement. - Serves as a clinical resource
and mentor, maintaining competency in specialized procedures and
providing support for complex patient care situations. - Conducts
staff evaluations, facilitates performance feedback, and supports
professional growth of the ASC team. - Maintains strong,
professional relationships with ASC staff, physicians, executive
leadership, and external partners. - Facilitates effective internal
communication across all roles within the ASC to ensure clarity,
accountability, and shared purpose. Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities: - Strong knowledge of ASC operations, regulatory
requirements, clinical best practices, and quality improvement
frameworks. - Demonstrated leadership ability with experience
managing multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic clinical environment.

company in all situations. Minimum Qualifications: - Two years
experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center. - Registered Nurse
(BSN preferred) with an active Colorado license - Effective
communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment: - Split
between clinical areas and administrative office settings. -
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and
work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to distinguish
and identify different colors, judge distance and space
relationships, to see clearly at 20 inches or less and 20 ft or
more, peripherally, ability to adjust vision to bring object into
focus. - Mathematical Reasoning, Memorization and Oral, Spatial and
Written Comprehension - Exposure to wet conditions, hazardous
materials, and potentially infectious bodily fluids.
