Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Orthopedic Location: Aurora, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,764 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Travel RN - Med/Surg/Ortho Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - 2 years of strong Tele experience - Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role Description: This position is for a Travel Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg/Ortho specialty. The unit has a total of 345 beds with a diverse patient population. The staff includes RNs and CNAs across day and night shifts. Patient ratios are 1:5 during both day and night shifts, varying between units. Various types of equipment are used, and the EMR system is Meditech. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to float among different units. Teamwork and compassion are essential qualities for success in this role. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and care for patients with various acute and chronic medical issues. Floating may include Med/Tele and Rehabilitation units. Candidates with additional certifications, such as Chemo Certification, will be considered first. The work environment encourages teamwork and a family-like atmosphere.
