Job Description:
TeamHealth is seeking a full-time or part-time primary care
physician for post-acute care to serve as Medical Director in the
Fort Morgan, Colorado, area. Drive your own practice in partnership
with facility leadership and engage in quality care programs. Enjoy

no out-patient, home health, or night call responsibilities. We are
actively interviewing board certified internal medicine, family
medicine and geriatric medicine trained physicians with an interest

Provide inpatient primary care at post-acute care facilities near

Health, Hospice, and Hospital Medicine. Compensation is Fee For
Service (FFS). Estimated compensation is minimum of
$241,837/annually and maximum is $271,402/annually. Eligible for
benefits which include 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental
insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, PTO, and
employee assistance program.
