This role offers meaningful patient impact, autonomy, and strong organizational support. Requirements: Accredited OT degree (OT/MOT/OTD) Active Colorado OT license One year of experience with frail or elderly populations preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply EPIC EMR experience is a plus.
