Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Denver, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,741 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Travel RN - ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Vasopressor IV drip titration Ventilator management Care of Sepsis Care of arrhythmias Care of med/surg critical care patients Description: Travel RN position in the ICU. The unit has 21 beds and a staff of 45. Day shift includes 1 Charge Nurse with no patient assignment and 6-8 nurses. Night shift maintains a similar structure. Patient ratios are 2:1 for standard ICU cases. Step down patients have a 3:1 ratio. Very high acuity patients require a 1:1 ratio. Equipment includes Hospira IV pumps and the EMR system is Meditech. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented and possess a good sense of humor. Required to work every 3rd weekend and one major winter holiday. Self-scheduling is available. Floating to Telemetry and other departments may be necessary. Patients primarily include elective cases. The facility is Magnet designated and has intensivist coverage in the ICU 24/7.
