Independent patient care experience in a surgical unit Experience
managing a patient load of 5 Description: Join a dedicated nursing
team focused on providing exceptional patient care. This position
offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive
environment. The unit consists of 20 beds with a nursing ratio of
1:5. Shifts include a charge nurse and four nurses on both day and
night shifts. The patient population includes elective orthopedic
patients as well as orthopedic trauma patients. Candidates with
pain management and orthopedic experience are preferred. Teamwork
and a positive attitude are essential for this role. Experience in
performing dressing changes and aspiration is advantageous. We are
seeking individuals who are committed to driving patient experience
