Collins,Loveland, and surrounding areas Compensation: $50-$150 per
visit (dependent on visit type), PLUS mileage and travel
compensation Status: Full Time or Part-Time (Part time Minimum
Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week) On average, our full
time RN's make between $75,000 and $85,000 a year Home Health

Health Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll
do: Provide in house care to patients with illnesses, injuries and
chronic diseases—often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or
nursing facility Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs,
CNAs and aides providing patient care Examine patients, do
assessments, document progress and report changes to their
physician Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed
medication, therapy, diet and exercise Coach family members on the
patient’s plan of care, medication and home safety Ensure goals are
met and coordinate discharge from services A few must-haves for
Home Health Registered Nurses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
in Colorado Graduate of an accredited school of nursing At least
1200 hours of experience as an RN Health care CPR/BLS Certified
(demonstration course required) Home health care experience
preferred Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to
