Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in Louisville, CO . This position offers a flexible schedule with both part-time (20–30 hours/week) and full-time (40 hours/week) opportunities available. The clinic emphasizes one-on-one, patient-centered care and offers a supportive and collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth. Compensation & Benefits: Part-Time: Up to $50/hour Full-Time: Up to $95,000/year Health Insurance Stipend: Up to $200/month (tax-free) 401(k) Retirement Plan: Tiered 6% employer match 2 weeks vacation 6 paid sick days 5 paid federal holidays Unlimited internal CEU reimbursement Laser treatment (cash-based) certification available Productivity bonuses available (to be discussed directly with clinic owner) Position Details: Setting: 100% Outpatient Patient Population: School-aged children through geriatrics Caseload Focus: Orthopedic, neurological, balance, sports, and vestibular rehabilitation 60-minute evaluation 40-minute follow-up sessions One-on-one patient care model Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 12:40 PM Requirements: Active and clear Colorado PT license Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Proficiency with EMR systems (currently transitioning from Prompt to WebPT) We are looking for compassionate, motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making meaningful connections with patients.
