In this role, you'll support daily operations, manage patient records, and help deliver personalized medications that improve patients' lives - all while working in a collaborative environment that values precision, integrity, and care. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA. Coordinate prescription processing, data entry, and refill requests. Respond to calls of inquiries from patient, providers, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and attention to detail. Prepare and organize documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. Help maintain an organized workspace and support onboarding and training of new team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain a Provisional Pharmacy Technician License upon employment (VPI reimburses the full cost!) Candidates who already hold an active Provisional or Certified Pharmacy Technician License are also welcome to apply!
