find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Englewood, Colorado, 80110! Job
Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit – Colorado
Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Englewood, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts Highlights: Level 1 trauma center
with highly complex and challenging patient population 20-bed
Multi-Trauma Step-Down Unit located on 10th floor Patient ratio 1:4
with charge nurse free of patient assignments EMR system: Meditech
Comprehensive equipment including vents, feeding pumps, IV pumps,
wound vacs, specialty beds, and chest tubes Excellent tech support
with 3 techs on day shift and 2 techs on night shift Requirements:
Current Colorado RN license or compact state license BLS
certification required ACLS certification preferred Experience
managing chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs, and suctioning
Strong critical thinking skills for highly acute patient
populations Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a
