We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Scottsbluff, Nebraska — earn up to ($2232 - $2350 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety
and comfort. Participate in continuous professional development and
training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop
and implement patient care plans. Engage in performance evaluations
and set personal goals for improvement. Assist in achieving
departmental targets and contribute to team success. Monitor and
document patient progress and response to treatments accurately.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in the
workplace. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and
team members. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to
enhance patient care. Educate patients and families on health
management and post-discharge care. Utilize electronic health
records to maintain accurate patient information. Adapt to changing
patient needs and work environment efficiently.
Experience/Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Nebraska or compact state. Experience in MedSurg nursing with
demonstrated patient care skills. Commitment to continuous
professional development and learning. Excellent communication
skills with patients and healthcare teams. Knowledge of safety and
infection control protocols in healthcare. Strong ability to work
in high-pressure healthcare environments. Proficient in electronic
health record systems for documentation. Demonstrated
accountability for personal and team performance. Ability to adapt
to changing patient needs and priorities. Experience in quality
