Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare organization based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Manager of Clinic Nursing to
oversee nursing operations across our various clinics. The
successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing our mission
of providing exemplary patient-centered care. This role demands a
combination of clinical expertise, managerial acumen, and a passion
for healthcare innovation. The Manager will ensure the highest
standards of nursing practices are met and will collaborate closely
with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver
optimal health outcomes. Lead and supervise the nursing staff
within multiple clinics. Develop and implement nursing policies and
procedures that align with best practices and regulatory
requirements. Ensure staff compliance with health and safety
protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. Manage clinic budgets
and resources. Facilitate continuous education and training
programs for nursing staff. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and
evaluation of clinic nurses. Address and resolve any issues or
conflicts within the clinic. Oversee patient care management to
ensure satisfaction and compliance. Analyze clinic data to report
on performance and implement improvements. Strong leadership and
team management skills. Proven ability in policy development and
clinic management. Expert knowledge in nursing practices and
patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capacity to handle stress and make decisions under pressure.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clinic operations.
Competency with healthcare IT systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. Certification in
Nursing Administration (CNML or NE-BC) is preferred.
