Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and implementing tailored therapy programs to assist patients in regaining functionality and mobility. The focus is on personalized patient care, with special attention given to developing holistic treatment plans that align with individual recovery goals. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment to optimize patient outcomes while monitoring progress and adjusting treatments as necessary. Conduct patient evaluations to determine their condition and needs. Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and follow through on treatment plans Experience with patient care and safety regulations Proficient in using therapy equipment and technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapy license NBCOT certification preferred
