Job Description:
HealthONE, a part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a qualified
Clinical Nurse Coordinator Ortho Spine to join our dedicated
orthopedic and spine care team in Aurora, CO. This role involves
coordinating nursing care and resources to ensure high-quality
patient outcomes and optimized patient care pathways. The
successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering an
environment of clinical excellence and professional development
while supporting our mission of compassionate service. Manage
patient care in the orthopedic and spine unit, ensuring adherence
to best practices and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise
the nursing team, promoting a collaborative environment. Develop
and implement care protocols and pathways for ortho spine patients.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide clinical
education to staff and patients. Monitor patient care outcomes and
implement quality improvement initiatives. Assist with the hiring,
training, and evaluation of staff. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Knowledge of
orthopedic and spine care practices Ability to multitask and manage
time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Colorado. Certified Orthopedic Nurse (ONC)
preferred
