Job Description:
UCHealth, a reputable leader in healthcare based in Colorado, is
seeking a dedicated Travel RN for our Virtual Health department.
This role is ideal for a nursing professional specializing in
virtual/telehealth services aimed at delivering exceptional patient
care remotely. The selected candidate will leverage advanced
communication technology to provide consultation, diagnosis, and
treatment guidance, addressing patient needs across various
locations without the need for physical presence. This role not
only enhances access to healthcare but also ensures continuity of
care, critical for patients in remote or underserved communities.
Provide high-quality patient care remotely via telehealth
platforms. Assess patient health problems and needs remotely,
developing nursing care plans accordingly. Operate and troubleshoot
telehealth equipment and technology. Maintain detailed, accurate
patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated with the latest in
telehealth trends and technology. Manage emergencies and provide
guidance on further healthcare procedures. Strong proficiency in
telehealth technologies and software. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to handle medical information
discretely. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Capability to work independently. Proficient in electronic health
records (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
Colorado. BLS/ACLS certification. Certification as a Certified
Telehealth Nurse is a plus.
