This unique opportunity is designed for nurses who wish to advance their career in critical care. Our fellowship program provides extensive training and education in the management of complex patient conditions in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside top professionals and utilize state-of-the-art technology at multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities across Colorado. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and provide focused care to complex patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate the continuity of patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans. Participate in the evaluation of new methods and techniques for improving healthcare delivery in the PCU. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) capabilities Proficiency in high-frequency ventilation and use of various patient monitoring systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of Colorado or Nurse Licensure Compact BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred
