Job Description:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Swedish Medical Center plays a
pivotal role in our Acute Care unit. This position is responsible
for managing nursing staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring
adherence to established policies and procedures. The coordinator
will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient
outcomes. This role combines clinical leadership with compassionate
care, aligned with our mission to provide top-tier medical services
in a patient-centered environment. Oversee the nursing staff and
daily operations of the medical acute care unit Implement and
maintain quality standards for patient care Coordinate with
healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Manage
resources efficiently to ensure optimal operations Provide
mentoring, education, and leadership to new nurses and staff Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Knowledgeable
in acute care nursing practices and protocols Medical Insurance
