Care / Assisted Living - Full Time Flexible – Outpatient Only - NW
suburb of Denver, CO Join an independent group of providers who
align their care with time-honored principles of medical practice.
Our practice has been serving patients 18 through 118 in the Denver
Metro area for 40 years in both our primary care clinic as well as
in the long-term care, and assisted living settings. Our skilled
office staff supports an integrated care team consisting of 2
physicians, 4 nurse practitioners, a PA, an RN, a PharmD, a PsyD,
and a diabetes and wellness coach. We accept Medicaid, Medicare,
and many commercial insurance plans and collaborate in several
quality improvement initiatives. We are offering a position of
leadership to be a key stakeholder and potential future owner, as
well as independence from corporate medicine: Partnership /
opportunity to buy into practice, potentially within 2 years
Full-time permanent, flexible Adult and geriatric patients only (no
peds, no OB) Monday - Friday work-week 4 days/week long term care /
assisted living, 1 clinic day (negotiable) Create own schedule for
long-term care / assisted living facility Average of 15
patients/day On Call 1:3 Benefits: Health, dental, retirement, CME,
vacation, malpractice Requirements: MD or DO with Colorado License
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or
Geriatric Medicine. Current DEA At least 1 year of experience
working with an EMR, such as Point Click Care or Practice Fusion
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required If
