Job Description:
RN – Outpatient - Salary Range: $35 to $49 per hour, based on
relevant years of experience - Location: Larimer County - Status:
Full-time - Hours: 40 hours per week The salary range for this
position is SummitStone’s good faith belief and reasonable estimate

delivery of services to the community that it serves. Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and
implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not
limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment
administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and
behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families
alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance
with all rules, guidelines, and directives. Minimum Qualifications:
- Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse. - Will train
a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal
management. Licenses and Certifications: - Colorado or Compact
licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure required. -
Registered Nurse License required. - Valid Colorado driver’s
license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean
driving record required. - DORA license or ability to obtain within
90 days of hire required. - Basic Life Support Certification, or
ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. SummitStone will take
