Job Description:
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or
remote option UCHealth offers a structured way for you to grow your

triage, assessment and treatment to patients and families, assists
with disposition planning and provision of education and resources,
initiates psychiatric holds. Operates as an independently licensed
behavioral health clinician. Conducts daily group therapy and
implements brief individual clinical interventions for assigned
patients. Gathers necessary collateral from patients' family,
caregivers, community providers, and/or legal representatives.
Drives discharge planning and processes, including identification
of community-based resources, and provides referrals and other
resources as part of the discharge plan. Assesses, collaborates and
coordinates patient's discharge planning needs and readiness for
discharge with other members of the care team. Within scope of job,
requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the
ability to work with minimal supervision. Master's Degree in Social
Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. State licensure
as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed
Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other licensure/certification may be
acceptable as approved by department leadership. Advanced CPI
within 30 days upon hire and then yearly recertification to meet
the BHA rules and regulations 11.9.3D Employees are our number one
