Job Description:
UCHealth seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our specialized Mom Baby Metro/Denver Float Pool team.
This position involves providing top-tier care across various
UCHealth facilities in the Denver metro area, ensuring high
standards of culturally competent care for a wide variety of
patients in the mother and baby unit. The role requires flexibility
and adaptability to meet the staffing needs of different
facilities, contributing to our commitment to excellence in
maternal and child health. Deliver expert care to mothers and
newborns in postpartum units as required across different hospital
settings within the UCHealth network. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to design and implement personalized care
plans. Educate and support families on newborn care and postnatal
mother care. Monitor patient health and respond to any
complications with professionalism and empathy. Document patient
care services and maintain up-to-date health records. Strong
clinical skills in a mother/baby setting Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in multiple
locations Proficient in using medical software and patient records
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Colorado BLS and
NRP certification required
