UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nonprofit health care system in Colorado. This vital role is focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care across our hospitals and outpatient facilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, championing both individual patient needs and overall community health outcomes. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Participate in educational workshops to update and maintain professional knowledge Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work effectively in a team Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
