Job Description:

UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Travel RN for the Mother-Baby Unit (MBU) to provide exceptional care during night shifts. This position involves working at various UCHealth locations across Colorado, ensuring high standards of tailored postpartum nursing care are maintained. The ideal candidate will be prepared to adapt to different clinical environments and contribute positively to the maternal and neonatal outcomes. Provide comprehensive postnatal and newborn care. Coordinate with healthcare teams to execute personalized care plans. Monitor maternal and neonatal vitals and ensure all health parameters are within safe limits. Educate new mothers on newborn care, feeding techniques, and postnatal health. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with confidentiality regulations. Adapt to varying clinical settings and uphold UCHealth standards. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in neonatal resuscitation and postpartum care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado BLS and NRP certification Ability to travel to multiple UCHealth locations
