Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment according to established policies and procedures. Support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Engage in educational activities to grow competencies within the cardiac specialty. Monitor patient status and respond to complex health issues related to cardiac care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Experience in telemetry and critical care monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of Colorado BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred CCRN certification is an asset
