You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with our high standards of care. Manage nursing operations in the cardiac care unit. Coordinate and evaluate patient care, enhancing patient outcomes. Implement new policies and update existing policies to improve quality of care. Assist in the development and training of nursing staff. Monitor and adhere to budgetary constraints within the department. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic health record systems Knowledge of cardiac care procedures and protocols Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
