UCHealth invites applications for the RN Fellowship ICU Nights position at our state-of-the-art facilities. This intensive program is designed for registered nurses who wish to specialize in critical care. Through structured training combining theory and clinical practice, fellows will gain advanced knowledge and skills to manage complex patient conditions in a high-intensity ICU setting. By joining our dedicated team, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering excellent, compassionate care and advancing the practice of medicine in Colorado. Participate in comprehensive ICU training modules and supervised clinical practice. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with the healthcare team. Operate and monitor ICU medical equipment. Provide support to patients and their families during critical health events. Ensure adherence to hospital standards and practices for intensive care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work effectively under high pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado or compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
